Machine Example 3

SENJO's application-specific machines can be designed for parts up to 120” in diameter. This machine is designed for chamfering of top and bottom inside diameters of very large gears. It includes two cutter spindles as well as a large roller conveyor for loading and unloading the large gears. It is adjustable to chamfer a large range of different sized ring gears.
